The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr
Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will, in her capacity as the Chair
of the Executive Council of the African Union, host the 3rd
Extraordinary Session of the Executive Council of the
African Union in Sun City from Wednesday, 21 May - Friday,
23 May 2003. The meeting wil continue in Johannesburg from
Saturday, 24 May - Sunday, 25 May 2003.
This meeting will be preceded by the
Scale of Assessments Meeting to be attended by Foreign
Ministers of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Scale of
Assessments - Namibia, Malawi, Chad, Mauritius, Equitorial-Guinea,
Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Algeria and Libya - on Tuesday, 20th
May 2003 in Sun City.

for these meetings shortly.
