Media Accreditation for the Conference of
African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic
Development 29 May - 2 June 2003
The Ethiopian Ministry of Information requires that all
media
representatives wishing to cover the meeting be
accredited.
You will be required to send a fax with the following
details:
- Full name, date and place of birth, job title, type of
media
- Passport number
- Date of issue and expiry of passport
- Place of issue
- List of equipment
- Purpose of visit/stay

On arrival, you will also be required to fill in an
application form and
submit it with two passport size pictures.

- Wednesday 28 May 2003 is the deadline for media
accreditation
applications;
- Media Badges: accredited journalists can collect their
media badges from
the ECA Information Center, United Nations Conference
Center (UNCC), Ground
Floor, Press Area on or after 28 May 2003;
- Please also note that badges will be issued upon
presentation of picture
ID.
